About The Role
We’re looking for a high-potential Strategic Finance Analyst to help shape the scaling of Rippling’s R&D engine. This role will work directly with senior management on the Engineering, Product, and Finance teams, playing a key role in financial decisions that fuel Rippling’s rapid growth.
R&D is a critical component of Rippling’s success, and this position is fundamental to driving strategic and financial initiatives within the R&D org. Primary responsibilities will include a combination of building and maintaining models, creating new models to evaluate potential investments and product launches, ensuring teams remain within financial guardrails, and partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders. There will be an emphasis on drawing data-driven insights to further enhance the impact and success of the R&D org.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who has demonstrated exceptional performance and is eager to apply that foundation in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, translating data into decisions that drive durable growth. You’ll be joining a team of finance professionals with prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and high-growth technology companies.
The role is based in San Francisco, CA (in-office only). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, investing, etc.)
