Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.
The growth platform team brings together the set of capabilities that fuel Rippling’s cross sell engine to existing customers, which is a critical component of growth since Rippling has over 30 products. We have an ambitious set of targets for the next 5 years and new, complex sales motions (internal markets, coordinated outbound, new verticals, etc.) continuously rolling out that need to be supported. Simply put, without a massive step up in the capabilities of our growth platform and the right long term plan, we won’t be able to meet these goals or continue to support new sales motions.
As the Principal Product Manager of this area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of this growth platform and driving the execution of its roadmap. You’ll help determine which capabilities – ranging across campaign management, audience creation, targeting/conversation optimization, leads database, in-product messaging, experimentation, suppression, analytics/reporting, and more – the growth engineering team should invest in and which should be done manually or through external business systems. You’ll make sure that you’re multiple steps ahead of the growth marketing users leveraging the system, driving an ambitious roadmap that accounts for the ever-growing complexity of Rippling. You will be working closely with the marketing team to develop the right strategy that will allow us to maximize the success of our cross sell initiatives.
The Ads platform team builds machine learning and ad serving infrastructure to recommend relevant content in the form of ads and email to targeted audiences at the right time to maximize buying opportunities. This team works on in-product cross-sell and monetization opportunities by building an ad platform to target Rippling admins with relevant ads for Rippling products. The team also builds an activation and self-serve platform and an in-house omnichannel outreach platform leveraging proprietary data funnels and recommendation algorithms. This org manages Rippling’s machine learning platform, ads platform, and advanced email outreach systems.
