About The Role

Rippling is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced, agile recruiting team. In this role, you will own the recruiting process end to end for niche leadership roles in our engineering teams.

What You'll Do: 


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
  • Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
  • Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
  • Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building technology leadership teams at fast paced, high growth, global tech companies
  • 10 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Strong attention to detail
