About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role:

Join us in revolutionizing the benefits industry by building the first multi-sided Global Benefits Marketplace. Every year, over $5 trillion is spent globally by employers and employees on benefits, ranging from health insurance to retirement savings. These products play a crucial role in guiding families through some of life's most significant decisions.

Despite their importance, the current benefits experience remains outdated, costly, and often confusing. At Rippling, we are transforming this landscape with our innovative, modern marketplace that effortlessly connects brokers, employers, and employees with a wide array of benefits.

Our cutting-edge platform facilitates the discovery, purchase, and utilization of benefits products worldwide. This role involves working within our benefits vertical, which includes our advanced Benefits Platform (featuring recommendations, payments, and a benefits eligibility engine), our rapidly expanding Benefits Marketplace with over 100 partners, and our proprietary Rippling Benefits Products.

If you're excited about the opportunity to shape the future of a vital industry and work on impactful, cutting-edge solutions, we'd love to have you on our team.

  • Architect and Develop: Design and develop high-quality software products, leading architectural decisions and managing the full product delivery lifecycle to ensure excellence and innovation.

  • Collaborate and Lead: Coordinate cross-team collaborations, effectively integrating customer feedback into the engineering roadmap and driving the execution of product delivery with precision and agility.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning. Lead by example and promote best practices in software development.
