That’s where you come in.


As our VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Rippling to billions of dollars of revenue. You’ll build a growth machine that drives both sales pipeline and self-serve revenue around the world. You’ll run and coach a team of world-class marketers.


We’re looking for a leader who can help us set the industry standard for B2B growth marketing at massive scale. If you’re an innovative growth expert who thrives on pushing the limits of the possible, we’d love to chat!


This role is based in our San Francisco or New York office.

What you will do

  • Build a growth machine that hits ambitious pipeline targets. You’ll partner closely with sales to ensure the pipeline you drive translates into revenue.
  • Deploy a $XXM budget. You’ll deploy millions of dollars across online and offline channels, maximizing the ROI of our marketing mix. You’ll relentlessly experiment to find the winning mix of creative, message, and audience across channels.
  • Maximize the conversion rate of Rippling’s website. You’ll use A/B testing, personalization, and more to maximize conversion rates across our web funnels.
  • Push the limits of the possible in outbound automation. You’ll work with marketers, engineers, and more to find new ways to drive conversion in our outbound sales efforts.
  • Scale our cross sell engine. Rippling has dozens of products to cross-sell. You’ll help us present the right products, to the right customers, at the right time.
  • Go from 0>1 on PLG and self-serve. You’ll work closely with our product team to build out self-serve funnels for Rippling’s products.
  • Build and mentor a world-class team. You’ll inherit, build, and mentor a team of marketers that sets the standard for B2B growth marketing.
  • Innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI. You’ll obsess over finding novel ways to use AI and other tools to drive growth.

What you will need

  • 8+ years of growth experience, including experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization at scale for a high-velocity acquisition motion. B2B growth experience is preferred but not required.
  • You are at home working with engineers and weaving the latest technologies into your growth playbook. You have demonstrated you can think out of the box, and find new unlocks that others would miss.
  • Proven track record of hitting ambitious growth targets. You love to take on big targets, and see it as a challenge to get there.
  • Strong ownership mentality; you take maximum accountability for performance and can clearly communicate performance drivers to cross-functional teams and execs.
  • You’re both an analytical wiz, and also aren’t afraid to go deep into qualitative data to build your intuition.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain top talent.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You know how to guide a team to success, but also aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
