We’re looking for an experienced, strategic Director of Demand Generation leader to build and
scale Rippling’s marketing engine across APAC. You’ll be responsible for building the plan and
executing full-funnel programs that drive pipeline and revenue — while also building and leading
a team of high-performing marketers in the region.
This role is a critical part of Rippling’s international expansion and requires a blend of strategic
thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with regional sales
leadership and cross-functional teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, SDRs)
to deliver high-impact demand and awareness programs across our core APAC markets:
Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and India. This role is hybrid, based 3 days a week in our
Sydney office.
