About the role

Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means building a go-to-market engine that drives growth across dozens of product SKUs, sales segments, buyer personas, and countries — and one of our most strategic growth levers is the Accountant Channel.

We're looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the Accountant channel — owning the strategy, execution, and outcomes that deepen engagement with accounting professionals, drive pipeline, and position Rippling as the go-to solution for their clients.

This is a high-impact role for a self-starter with deep industry expertise who can operate independently and drive results. As the dedicated marketing lead for the Accountant Channel, you’ll be both strategist and executor — owning programs end-to-end across demand generation, sales enablement, partner marketing, content, and communications.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of the workflows and motivations of accountants, HR consultants, and fractional CFOs, and translate that into marketing that resonates — helping Rippling earn trust and mindshare within this influential ecosystem. You’ll work extremely cross-functionally with Channel Sales, RevOps, and the broader Marketing team to ensure tight alignment and execution.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Rippling’s Accountant Channel — from planning and execution to measurement and optimization
  • Develop and launch integrated campaigns tailored to accountants, HR consultants, and fractional CFOs — including email, webinars, paid media, newsletters, and field activations
  • Build scalable, repeatable programs that drive awareness, education, and adoption — including nurture tracks, thought leadership, and partner communications
  • Create impactful sales enablement tools — co-branded assets, decks, playbooks, and case studies — that help Sales and Channel teams win
  • Serve as the internal voice of the accountant partner — informing messaging, positioning, and campaign design with real-time market insights
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, and the broader Marketing team to align on priorities and execute cross-functional initiatives
  • Analyze and report on performance, uncovering insights to improve impact and inform future investments
  • Continuously test and refine messaging and programs to stay relevant and top of mind in a relationship-driven ecosystem

What you will need

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience across growth, product, and/or partner/channel marketing
  • Deep understanding of the accountant, HR consultant, and fractional CFO landscape — including how they buy, what they value, and how to earn their trust
  • Proven ability to independently drive marketing programs from strategy to execution, with measurable outcomes
  • Strong content chops — able to translate complex ideas into simple, effective messaging and materials
  • Highly collaborative mindset — comfortable working across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to align and deliver
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments — confident making decisions with imperfect information and shifting priorities
  • Bias toward action — scrappy, resourceful, and focused on driving meaningful results
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder — able to influence across levels and keep momentum high
