About The Role

The Identity team's mission is to provide a single source of truth for authentication and security policy management for all users and applications, enabling customers to confidently scale their organization on Rippling.

We're looking for passionate engineers to join us in defining the next generation of Identity at Rippling. This high-ownership, high-impact, and high-visibility role will directly impact Rippling's growth and success. You'll have the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities, from writing and reviewing code to becoming a product area expert. You'll also play a key role in shaping the team's culture and organization as we tackle complex engineering and business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to deliver new product features and evolve our platform capabilities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality products
• Own and be accountable for multiple product components
• Actively seek and utilize mentorship opportunities from senior engineers to accelerate your career growth

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong product sense and a passion for solving customer problems
• Passion for building customer-centric products
• Prior experience with our stack (Python, Django, Go, React, MongoDB, and AWS) is a plus
