Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We do this by distilling insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. These insights allow us to prioritize the features that we work on, which we define end-to-end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create a product roadmap. As the features on this roadmap get developed, we partner with the appropriate teams to make sure that they are properly launched and are set up to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.
As a product leader at Rippling, you will have direct ownership of driving product for a significant segment of Rippling’s business. You will work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our business, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Product leaders influence teams outside of their own organization and deliver results that move the needle at the organizational level and impact company-wide goals.
The Access Management team is responsible for Rippling’s next-generation AI driven Access Management platform, giving companies complete visibility and control over how employees and agents access SaaS applications. Our mission is to bring all SaaS access—both trusted and shadow—under continuous monitoring and intelligent control. We enable IT and security teams to automatically discover unauthorized tools (including Shadow IT and AI), streamline product-led onboarding, and manage access through intuitive request and approval workflows.
Our products centralize access management across the organization, making it easy to grant, review, and revoke access at scale. With capabilities like automated access reviews, access requests, drift detection and resolution, we help customers enforce least-privilege principles without slowing down the business. From day one onboarding to ongoing governance, Rippling ensures that the right people have the right access at the right time—while reducing risk and eliminating manual work for IT teams.
