About the role
We're looking to hire a Strategic Finance Associate within the GTM Finance org who will partner with our Customer Support (Cx) and Operations (Ops) teams here at Rippling. Cx & Ops covers Customer Support, Implementation, Professional Services and Customer Success. This role will work directly with senior management within the Cx & Ops organization, and will have significant executive exposure.
Cx & Ops is a critical component of Rippling’s success and this position is fundamental to driving strategic and financial initiatives. This role is responsible for owning recurring Cx & Ops Strategic Finance forums, analysis of new initiatives, performance tracking against plan, management of costs across functions, and partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders. There will be an emphasis on drawing insights from statistical analysis, KPIs, and leading initiatives to further enhance the impact and success of the Cx & Ops Org at Rippling.
We are looking to hire an Associate to be based out of the New York office. This role will work closely with senior management in the Finance and CX teams and will have a high level of executive visibility. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in investment banking, investing, or Finance at a high-growth technology company.

Strategic finance at Rippling is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, headcount and budgeting, Board materials, investor relations, and business unit partnership. This function is responsible for setting near and long term financial targets, and then partnering closely with leaders across the whole company to execute on this plan. Rippling is a very complex and fast growing business, and the financial function is a critical thought partner to company leadership in making high ROI decisions to maximize long term stakeholder value.

The pay range for this role is:
96,000 - 168,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
