About the Role


As a Growth Research Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team through strategic leadership and hands-on coaching. Your role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of SDRs while establishing clear KPIs to track and enhance performance.


You will have a strong background in data research, analysis, and management, with the ability to guide and develop a team of Growth Research SDRs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the team's efforts in building and enriching databases, identifying high-intent buying signals from historical data, and supporting the broader sales and marketing initiatives. Your leadership will foster a positive, collaborative work environment, motivating the team through effective communication, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.


Please Note: This role will be Hybrid work which requires you to work three days from our Bangalore Office. Shift timing will be 6.30PM to 3.30AM 


What You'll Do: 

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Growth Research SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
  • Research Strategy: Oversee the team’s research activities, including the use of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, and Easy Leadz for database building and enrichment.
  • Data Scraping: Guide the team in using scraping tools, such as Phantom Buster, to extract relevant data from websites and support TAM enrichment projects.
  • Data Management: Ensure the team's proficiency in updating Salesforce accounts and contacts using LinkedIn Sales Insights (LSI) and other data enrichment processes.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilise advanced Excel skills for data analysis and project management, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of enrichment projects.
  • Market Intelligence: Lead initiatives to validate and enhance existing information from data vendors, add new accounts and contacts, and build a robust Total Addressable Market (TAM).
  • Identify Buying Signals: Develop strategies to leverage research skills for identifying high-intent buying signals, enhancing the team's contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Enablement: You’ll be responsible to train and mentor the growth research reps for , preparing them for career progression into prospect-facing  inbound and outbound SDR roles
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create a fully qualified and vetted account universe for global outreaches, directly impacting sales revenue


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS sales development
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
  • Proficiency in using research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, Easy Leadz, and data scraping tools such as Phantom Buster, Octoparse or Parsehub
  • Advanced Excel skills for project management and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in data enrichment and management
