About the role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help us develop Rippling’s secret sauce, its management capabilities by expediting Learning traditions “the Rippling way”.  From manager onboarding to manager development to manager hack sessions, this role will steward dynamic learning & growth opportunities for our managers.  You will work closely with our Executive team, HR Business Partners, and key cross-functional partners to build and run rich programming that our managers looks forward to each week/month. This is a highly impactful, fast paced role that will help us foster the team who will build Rippling into a generational company! 

This role will be based in our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office and will be required to be onsite 3 days/week.

What you will do
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver pragmatic learning opportunities that fuel manager growth, excellence, and efficacy
  • Develop and deploy in-house content, programs, and resources, across multiple learning modalities
  • Evaluate Rippling’s needs and desired business outcomes, propose solutions, and support the consistent development of new learning content in support of business goals
  • Champion overall awareness and engagement for the learning and growth program amongst managers
  • Analyze metrics to assess effectiveness and opportunities for continued improvement

What you will need
  • At least 8 years in a program manager role related to learning and development, enablement, training, or related experience 
  • A strong ability to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver content and programs from start to finish
  • A systems thinker with strong problem solving and project management skills. Creativity highly advantageous
  • High potential for growth and incredibly organized
  • Ability to produce quality work, to a high standard, in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • A passion for creating pragmatic learning experiences and building a world class program around those experiences

The pay range for this role is:

160,000 - 205,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office)
