About the role


Rippling is scaling toward $1B ARR and beyond, which means expanding our cross-sell engine to drive revenue growth across multiple product lines and customer segments. That’s where you come in.

As a Demand Generation Manager on the Cross-Sell Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline for our HR product suite. You’ll conceptualize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels (email, ads, webinars, direct mail) that educate customers and deepen their engagement with Rippling.

For example, you might:

  • Launch a webinar to help customers navigate compliance challenges and showcase how Rippling solves them.
  • Develop email drip campaigns to educate new customers on unlocking more value from Rippling’s HR suite.

What you will do

  • Own & execute marketing campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage webinars—from content creation and speaker sourcing to promotion, sales enablement, and execution.
  • Write email nurture drips and run in-app advertising to educate customers around products and thematic topics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, and brand marketing to execute your campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs, then develop next steps.

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation marketing.
  • Customer obsession that you translate into punchy, specific copy.
  • Strong project management abilities—balancing multiple initiatives while collaborating across teams like growth, sales, marketing ops, and brand.
  • Hunger to grow quickly and get your hands dirty - no task is beneath you; you view everything as a learning opportunity to become a world-class demand generation marketer.
  • Data-driven decision-making—experience analyzing datasets in Excel or SQL to draw insights and measure impact.
  • Agility and speed. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can learn quickly and drive results.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.


The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 168,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
