About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing Sales & Marketing organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
  • Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
  • Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
  • Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

What you will need 

  • A minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing)
  • Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
  • A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
