About the Role:
Rippling is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our rapidly expanding Global TAM team in Munich, Germany. You'll be at the forefront of Rippling’s efforts to support and scale our growing customer base in EMEA. In this role, you'll partner closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate how Rippling can solve their challenges, and drive adoption of our comprehensive product suite.
As a TAM, you will be responsible for nurturing key customer relationships, ensuring customer success, and helping drive long-term loyalty. You will help guide customers to become true champions of Rippling by developing tailored account strategies, identifying opportunities for product adoption, and providing a seamless customer experience.
