About the role


At Rippling, you’ll work closely with a team of engineers, designers, marketers, and operations managers to launch new and cutting-edge features on our corporate website, www.rippling.com. You’ll lead the way in optimizing our online website presence by leveraging your formidable organization skills to coordinate digital initiatives, rolling up your sleeves when necessary to get hands-on with our content management systems, WordPress and Contentful. You’ll also train others on how to use our content management, design, experimentation, and translation management systems for self-service. Drawing on your exceptional communication and leadership talents, you’ll deliver solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations with agility, usability, and quality in mind.

What you will do

  • Web Content Production: Review and publish a large volume of web content in WordPress and Contentful across blog posts, resource pages, and landing pages, setting a high bar for publishing web content that is accurate, accessible, brand compliant, and optimized for SEO and performance
  • Support Self-Service: Cross-train teammates and partners on Contentful and other web systems and provide feedback and QA support to maintain content quality and consistency
  • Sprint Planning and Execution: Assist the Director of Web Operations in leading the website development Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, syncs, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate clearly and proactively with engineering, operations, design, and marketing partners and provide project management support to keep teams working in lockstep to deliver exceptional work on time
  • Improve Documentation: Identify gaps in internal resources and processes, propose improvements, and develop materials to support scalable and self-service website content operations.
  • Experimentation: Assist in setting up A/B testing and personalization experiences to improve website conversion rate and engagement

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience building dynamic, responsive websites
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Contentful (required)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, and accessibility best practices (required)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficient with using design tools, such as Figma, and experimentation platforms, such as Optimizely
  • Comfortable navigating Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with excellent attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re proactive, agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious as you solve problems and achieve team and company goals

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

108,000 - 189,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
