Rippling’s Professional Services team is responsible for ensuring customers see an incredible business transformation through the Rippling Platform product suite. This includes an array of products such as automated workflows, reporting, custom dashboards, custom objects, custom apps, approvals, and more
Professional Services engagements are consultative. Our consultants deeply understand the customers’ unique needs and offer creative solutions for complex problems directly in the Rippling environment. The ideal candidate for this role has experience implementing SaaS products, advocates for the team and customer, and is a critical thinker/natural problem solver. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.

The pay range for this role is:
108,000 - 180,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
97,200 - 162,000 USD per year (US Tier 2)
91,800 - 153,000 USD per year (US Tier 3)
