About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling’s broker ecosystem is a core revenue engine. We are hiring a senior operator to own broker field marketing end to end: strategy, budget, and hands-on execution. You will set the vision for how we activate national and regional broker partners, design repeatable playbooks, and personally run the programs that turn partners into advocates and advocates into revenue. You will partner closely with Channel Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every dollar and every activation ties to measurable outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own broker strategy and budget end to end
Build the annual and quarterly broker plan, manage the full investment portfolio, and reallocate spend based on ROI signals. Build business cases for incremental budget and present results to executives.
  • Codify repeatable broker playbooks
Create sales activation frameworks and plays, regional toolkits,  and QA checklists so programs are easy to replicate and scale with quality.
  • Execute flagship programs yourself
Plan and run high-impact broker events and always-on campaigns from brief to high ROI follow up strategies to post-mortem, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, timelines, and onsite excellence.
  • Own campaign and CRM operations
Build, launch, and maintain Salesforce and Outreach campaigns that attribute every touch to pipeline and revenue, with Postal acceleration where applicable.
  • Measure, learn, and optimize
Define KPIs, stand up dashboards, publish retros, and use insights to shift budget toward top-performing broker motions.
  • Cross-functional leadership without formal authority
Align Channel AEs, extended Field Marketing, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops on priorities, calendars, and measurement. Remove blockers and keep launches on track.
  • Innovate the motion
Pilot new concepts, A/B test messaging, formats, and offers, then scale what works across broker segments and regions.

Note: This is a senior IC role. Expect a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, with a significant portion of time running programs directly.

What you will need

  • 7+ years in field, channel, or demand gen marketing, owning strategy, budget, and hands-on execution in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and scale repeatable partner playbooks that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Financial and operational rigor, including vendor management and dynamic budget optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach, and ideally Postal, with the ability to architect campaigns that attribute to revenue.
  • Executive communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and comfort operating with high autonomy.
  • Creative problem solver who ships quickly, learns fast, and continuously raises the bar.
  • Work ethic that matches our pace – sleeves rolled up, high throughput, no task beneath you on the path to $1B ARR.
