About the role


This role will be based in our San Francisco, CA office and will require being in office 3x/week.


We’re looking for a highly collaborative and technically-minded Sr. Marketing Operations Manager. This person will play a critical role in powering our global campaigns by partnering with our international marketing teams and owning the infrastructure that drives lead intake, campaign execution, and sales activation. From capturing leads via web, social, or events, through to getting them into Salesforce, assigned to the right team, and with the right follow up messaging, you’ll ensure everything flows smoothly across a complex pipeline.


You’ll be joining a fast-moving, iterative environment where experimentation and optimization are part of the day-to-day. We’ve outgrown traditional MAPs and instead the team iterates on flexible workflows tailored to how marketers want to run campaigns. Our current stack includes Openprise, Snowflake, Zapier, Brevo and Outreach among other tools that allow us to customize and scale how we orchestrate campaigns.


Experience with Martech integrations and tools like Marketo or HubSpot is a plus, but what truly sets this role apart is the opportunity to work in a sophisticated, custom-built ecosystem with one of the most advanced marketing operations teams in the industry.


What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operations partner for international marketing teams
  • Translate campaign strategy into technical execution across our tools and processes
  • Build and maintain campaign workflows, lead routing logic, and attribution tagging
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to iterate and improve performance over time
  • Troubleshoot pipeline issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or relevant technical operations role
  • Salesforce Certified or 3+ years of Salesforce experience in an operations capacity
  • Experience writing SQL queries and interacting with ETL solutions and data pipelines
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, Excel)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to scalability and efficiency
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The pay range for this role is:

108,000 - 189,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
