About the role
As we experience rapid growth, we face an exciting challenge in scaling our people, processes, and management capabilities to keep pace with our evolving business. We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor role) to lead HR for our R&D teams in India, which include Engineering and Product.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders and their teams, offering guidance on all aspects of people management—such as Leadership Development, Organization Design, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. A key part of this role will be building management capabilities by training and coaching managers on employee lifecycle processes and best practices in people management.
With our company having tripled its headcount last year and set to double again this year, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. You’ll be joining an HR function that is still growing and adapting, racing to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is an exciting chance to lead and learn in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of smart, passionate professionals.
This role will be hybrid, with an expectation of being on-site at our Bangalore office three days a week.
