Senior Program Manager, Marketing Business Operations (Hybrid based in San Francisco)

About the role


As Senior Program Manager of the Marketing Business Operations team,, you'll help shape how our marketing organization operates at scale. You'll lead high-impact programs that bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to how our teams work together. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing leadership, marketing operations, and marketers across regions and business areas to keep projects moving and teams aligned.


We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and has seen how high-performing marketing teams operate at scale.


What you will do

  • Streamline intake and request processes: Redesign and manage intake workflows for Marketing Operations (MOPs), Growth, and other marketing teams that receive a high volume of requests, so work gets prioritized and executed efficiently.
  • Manage launch calendar and communications: Maintain the central marketing calendar for launches, programs, and all-hands, ensuring teams have clear visibility into what's happening and when. Communicate upcoming infrastructure updates and other key initiatives so teams are informed and prepared.
  • Program manage critical cross-functional initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of business critical projects (e.g., Quarterly/Annual Planning, Blitz projects) for the Marketing Leadership Team, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and accountability across teams.
  • Build and maintain best practice sharing: Curate and manage a library of marketing playbooks, briefs, and campaign assets to make it easy for teams to access and share what works.
  • Support onboarding and enablement: Partner with team leads to improve onboarding for new marketing hires and help build resources that set everyone up for success.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role within a scaled marketing organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Deep understanding of how high-performing marketing teams operate at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep projects on track and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you keep stakeholders informed and can synthesize complex information clearly.

The pay range for this role is:

132,000 - 231,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
