About the role
Brand Studio is the creative services arm of Rippling Brand Team. It’s a collection of creatives that translate concepts and messages into unforgettable physical and digital experiences that reinforce the Rippling brand. 

As the Senior Interactive Program Manager, you’ll drive the design > development > deployment pipeline for marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives for the web, establish operational frameworks and resource allocation, lead individual projects, spot and address cross-functional issues, and spearhead future project planning. 

The web remains a significant force in driving brand and product awareness, acting as a central hub for cross-functional marketing efforts. This role offers a diverse range of stakeholder requirements, project scopes and complexities, and the opportunity to deliver high-impact work for many teams across the company.


What you will do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, anticipate upcoming requests, and align capabilities. 
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive launch timeline for all web projects. 
  • Define the project process, leading teams through development to launch for Rippling.com.
  • Drive designers, writers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines effectively. 
  • Collaborate with Developer Leads to ensure timely builds that align to design specifications. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations on internationalization initiatives as we go-to-market in new countries.
  • Proactively analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues, serving as the escalation point and communicating with stakeholders. Drive QA cycles and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement technologies to address gaps.
  • Expand self-serve capabilities to support scalability for fast-growing Marketing teams including Performance, Content. and Events.
  • Collaborate with Web Design Lead and Director of Design to establish cross-team processes including approvals, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. 
    Identify and resolve operational and alignment issues. Partner with Brand Operations to address cross-team challenges and anticipate future needs, keeping the team nimble. 

What you will need
  • Over 7 years of experience in interactive production/project management, preferably in-house and within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience delivering web projects that supports go-to-market, brand awareness, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively influence executives, foster strong relationships, and motivate teams through challenges.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple work streams concurrently with operational precision and cost-efficiency.
  • Confidence in making decisions and recommendations, especially in ambiguous situations.
  • A proactive mindset, adept at identifying and resolving problems while proposing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to spot and articulate gaps between company objectives and team capabilities.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

108,000 - 189,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
