About the role

Rippling is seeking a Treasury Manager to build and scale Rippling’s Serbian Banking, FX, Payments. This role will work with external banking partners & internal finance, compliance, and legal teams to establish and grow the in-country infrastructure. You will play a founding role in Rippling’s fast growing Treasury, FX & Banking team and will shape the direction of our Serbia treasury and banking operation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial experience, including robust local banking relationships, as well as experience with managing FX execution and payments.

What you will do

• Lead the charge on Rippling’s Serbia expansion by identifying desired bank partners, opening accounts, and maintaining primary and redundant relationships
• Manage Rippling’s KYC process for serbia
• Build procedures and policies for in-country banking and payments
• Manage Rippling’s local FX needs, including executing with brokers and reporting on execution levels
• Manage local bank portal access for the firm
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal governance processes, and industry best practices across all jurisdictions where we operate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams to drive alignment and deliver best-in-class treasury support for the business.

What you will need

• Minimum 8 years of treasury experience
• Rigorous attention to detail 
• Local banking relationships
• Deep FX knowledge
• Payments experience is a plus
• Intellectually curiosity and a desire to understand how and why existing processes are in place
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
• Passion for fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments
