About the role
Customer Marketing is not just storytelling. It is passionate advocacy for our customers, understanding their needs, telling their stories, and building relationships that are mutually beneficial that will earn us their advocacy in return. Your work will directly tie to revenue, and be measured by your ability to help our team attract and close new customers. This role will holistically own - and build - a scalable reference program and optimize case studies, testimonials, and other customer content. From day one you’ll work at lightning speed to build and streamline cross-functional processes and ensure that voice-of-customer content is embedded throughout our sales and marketing tools (campaigns, web, events, collateral, ads, and more) and build trust and rapport with our community of customers.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is:
84,000 - 147,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
75,600 - 132,300 USD per year (US Tier 2)
71,400 - 124,950 USD per year (US Tier 3)
