About the Role


As a Sr. Program Manager - Product Enablement, you will be focused on ensuring the success of our revenue organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to help bring enablement programs to life and across the finish line. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your programs including analysis, project management, content development, training / execution, reinforcement, and measurement. This role will sit on the Product Enablement Team within the Sales Enablement function. On a typical day, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify gaps and align on a path forward, document processes, and create a plan for an upcoming training or project you will lead. We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented person, who is passionate about driving the success of others and getting things done.



What you will do

  • Become well versed in our products by self educating yourself through our resources and training to then help educate our sales organization on important product launches ; you’ll be creating and delivering training content through a variety of modalities depending on the importance of the launch. 
  • Develop and manage end-to-end enablement programs including product training, certification and reinforcement strategy, playbook design and development, content development, evaluation / measurement of program success.  
  • Partner closely with senior sales leaders in the Product Sales Organization to assist in additional areas of support needed such as all hands, team meetings, offsites, project management etc. 
  • Build and deliver Sales Skills training to our Product Sales team – such as discovery training, getting to the economic buyer, etc (We use MEDDPICC here!)
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as PMM and RevOps to understand business priorities and ensure your enablement plans are aligned 
  • Review data sets (such as in Tableau) to help inform your enablement recommendations based on business gaps  
  • Ensure new sellers are onboarded successfully by building onboarding content, ensuring it stays up to date, and adding new/relevant content where needed. 
  • Partner closely with the entire Sales Enablement function to ensure cross collaboration and communication are top of mind.

What you will need


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing,  Sales, or Consulting. 
  • Ability to work in very fast paced environments, keep up with changing priorities, and not get overwhelmed with multiple tasks at hand. 
  • A strong interest in learning the ins and outs of the Rippling products! 
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Strategic mindset and ability work proactively and  autonomously vs needing a lot of direction 
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC training and reinforcement (bonus points)
  • Strong operational excellence skills – understands how to organize chaos, streamline processes, create workflows to support more efficient working processes.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.


The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 183,750 USD per year (US Tier 1)

94,500 - 165,375 USD per year (US Tier 2)
