About the role


We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead creative, data-driven growth marketing strategies for a newly launched GTM motion at Rippling. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and go-to-market strategy, tasked with unlocking new growth levers across multiple channels.


You’ll own end to end strategy and execution for campaigns that span product-led growth flows, email outreach, outbound, and other experimental efforts. This role supports a business partnership that opens up a new segment of potential customers – both for top-of-funnel growth and cross-sell opportunities.


This is a high-ownership, 0 → 1 builder role — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, acts with urgency, and wants to build high-impact programs from the ground up. You’ll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Sales Development and Business Operations to shape and scale this brand new motion.

What you will do

  • Own the growth strategy for this new motion, identifying, prioritizing, and launching creative growth levers across the full funnel.
  • Design and execute experimental marketing campaigns, from hypothesis to A/B testing to iteration and operational execution at scale — spanning channels like PLG flows, email drips, retargeting ads, direct mail, and more.
  • Segment and target distinct customer populations, identifying targeted industry-level outreach, tailored across segments (e.g. upmarket vs. downmarket accounts) and personas, operationalizing a wide range of plays and creative tactics.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, internal and external teams, quarterbacking internal workflows within the broader Marketing organization (e.g. Brand, Product Marketing), partnering with cross functional workstreams within Rippling (Sales, Sales Development, BizOps) and externally, driving timely, high-quality execution of GTM plays.
  • Analyze campaign performance and funnel data, surfacing insights, reporting results, and refining campaign design decisions, optimizing for scalability and ROI.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, introducing new channels, creative experiments, and data-informed strategies to unlock growth.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or full-funnel marketing in B2B SaaS or a similarly dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in 0 → 1 environments – you’ve launched and scaled new GTM motions, products, and/or multichannel marketing programs from scratch
  • Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with a bias for action, high ownership, and clear results orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills; you can identify patterns and opportunities from data, translating them into clear actionable insights, and moving quickly to test and iterate.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, and Operations teams to drive aligned outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and execute through others.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing systems and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing tools, marketing automation, analytics platforms), and a creative, flexible mindset — able to think beyond traditional demand gen levers and craft unconventional, high-impact campaigns.
  • Bonus: experience in cross-sell motions, downmarket marketing, or partnership-driven GTM strategies

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

147,000 - 257,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
