Product Lead, ATS & Headcount

About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Success in this role is key to achieving our growth goals and becoming a leader in the overall all-in-one HRIS market, and these apps are a critical component of Rippling’s overall enterprise strategy.

As the Product Lead for Rippling Recruiting and Headcount Planning, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of these key product areas. You will lead a dedicated engineering and design team, working across the full product lifecycle—from roadmap development and engineering coordination to go-to-market strategy and customer engagement. This high-impact role offers significant executive visibility, and you will be responsible for driving the product’s growth and evolution in alignment with Rippling’s broader goals.

What you will do

  • Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Work closely with executives and stakeholders to align product direction with company goals.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to iterate and refine features that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure that development timelines are met.

What you will need

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have owned both 0-to-1 product launches and products at scale
  • Helicopter pilot mentality - you can easily switch from high level strategy and planning to UI polish and data model details
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role
  • Talent SaaS and/or previous founder experience a plus
  • Strong alignment with our leadership principles: in particular Go and See, and Are Right, a Lot
