About the role


Rippling has already laid important groundwork in Singapore: our products are in market, we’ve established our first marketing plays, put down the first local sellers and partners, and now we’re ready for our first dedicated marketing hire on the ground to help unlock the next phase of growth.


We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation in Singapore to define and lead the demand generation strategy for one of Rippling’s most exciting growth markets in APAC. Reporting to the Director of APAC Marketing, this person will be the first marketer dedicated to Singapore and will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the programs that build pipeline, accelerate revenue, and strengthen Rippling’s position in-region.


This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build, not inherit. You’ll create the go-to-market motion for Singapore across demand gen, field marketing, ABM, partner/channel marketing, local campaigns, and seller activations—working closely with sales, partners, and cross-functional marketing teams to figure out what works and scale it fast.


We’re looking for someone who has done this before: a highly autonomous, commercially sharp operator who can set strategy, make smart bets, and execute with intensity. You know how to enter or scale a market with focus. You can build the plan, pressure-test it against results, and continuously evolve it to drive outsized growth.

What you will do


  • Define and lead the marketing strategy for Singapore, building the regional demand generation playbook to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth in close partnership with sales leadership and the Director of APAC Marketing.

  • Develop and execute integrated demand gen programs across webinars, events, ABM, direct mail, content, local activations, outbound sales plays, and other creative, high-leverage campaigns tailored to the Singapore market.

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Singapore sales team, working directly with AEs, SDRs, and regional leaders to translate commercial priorities into marketing plans that create pipeline and help close business.

  • Build and develop the partner and channel marketing motion in region, working with Rippling’s partner ecosystem to create joint campaigns and referral-driving programs that increase sourced pipeline and support referral ARR growth.

  • Own experimentation in-market: identify insights, translate them into crisp audience + message + offer strategies, launch quickly, and scale what works with urgency and rigor.

  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance deeply to understand what is driving results, where conversion is breaking down, and how budget and effort should shift to maximise growth.

    Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets for Singapore across core demand generation channels.

    Act as the in-region marketing leader and expert on the Singapore market—bringing strong local context, customer understanding, and competitive insight back into the broader APAC and global marketing organisation.

What you will need


  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology marketing, with a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline creation, and market growth.

  • Experience leading or being the primary marketing owner for a country, region, or emerging market, with the ability to operate independently and build from relatively early foundations.

  • Deep expertise across demand generation channels, including events, webinars, ABM, content-led campaigns, sales activations, partner/channel marketing, and field marketing. For digital advertising channels you will partner with a growth marketer tagged to your region, you’ll need to advise and collaborate but not execute these.

  • Strong strategic judgment and commercial instincts—you know how to prioritise, where to place bets, and how to connect marketing plans to revenue outcomes.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and central marketing teams to drive coordinated execution and measurable business impact.

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with funnel performance, pipeline metrics, and using data to refine strategy and improve results.

  • High ownership and strong execution. You are someone who sees opportunities, takes action, and drives work through to completion without needing a lot of direction.

  • Clear, confident communication skills and executive presence. You can influence senior stakeholders, collaborate effectively with peers, and earn trust quickly across functions.

  • Agility, creativity, and speed. You thrive in fast-moving environments, adapt quickly when things change, and bring energy to building something new.
