Rippling is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to India Country Head and Sr Vice President of Engineering in their Bangalore office.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has extensive experience in a hyper growth and fast moving organization and has been Executive Assistant to the country head or VP+ leader, preferably with a span of over 800 people in the organization and has experience in being a strategic thinker and exceptional in project management and execution skills.
This is a non-typical Executive Assistant role where supporting the leaders is only 15% of the responsibility. The remaining 85% of the time, the person will be working on Rippling India activities, which includes defining and executing events in and outside office, plan and manage event budgets, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and contributing to annual planning. This allows the employee in this role to gain diverse experience and accelerate their career.
