About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Variable Compensation team. As a foundational member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling a first-of-its-kind compensation product. You will work on complex data pipelines, large-scale distributed systems, and cutting-edge performance analytics.
