Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge infrastructure that delivers highly relevant content in the form of ads and emails to precisely targeted audiences. By maximizing buying opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional user experience


We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer for our HRIS Country Expansion Team in Bangalore, India  as we scale the team for the next phase of growth.

What you will do

  • Join the HRIS Country Expansion and Configurability team, where you'll tackle fascinating challenges related to sustainable growth in diverse international markets.
  • Create innovative products from the ground up and experience exponential scaling, from 0->1 launch to widespread adoption.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team.
  • Review and share feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs. Drive the standards around code quality and testing across your product.
  • Provide mentorship junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy
  • Have exposure to business and technical leadership to strategize what can improve our revenue and our ability to scale rapidly

What you will need

  • Minimum 3+ years of programming experience on frontend engineering.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the duties
  • Ideally experience in scaling products 0->1 and 1->100
  • Experience in technology stack : Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them
  • Infectious passion for solving real customer pain points
  • Experience in building scalable distributed systems
