About the role


We’re looking for an analytical, systems-minded Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Operations organization, with a focus on Territory Operations. In this role, you’ll support the design, maintenance, and optimization of our global territory model - ensuring that our go-to-market teams are structured to sell efficiently and effectively.


You’ll collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Systems teams to ensure data accuracy, provide insights on coverage and performance, and help operationalize scalable processes. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build deep expertise in sales operations, data, and process optimization - with exposure to how AI and automation can enhance GTM efficiency.


What you will do


Territory Operations

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of global sales territories in alignment with GTM strategy and rep capacity.
  • Partner with senior team members to execute on account scoring and prioritization frameworks, ensuring reps focus on the highest-quality opportunities.
  • Manage territory data integrity in Salesforce - updating account ownership, monitoring exceptions, and helping resolve escalations.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track territory performance, rep coverage ratios, and whitespace analysis.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles, providing data validation and analysis to support balanced territory distribution.


Sales Systems, AI & Process Optimization

  • Partner with RevOps and Systems teams to improve data flows and processes within Salesforce and connected GTM tools (e.g., Census, Snowflake, ZoomInfo).
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within sales operations workflows.
  • Support testing and rollout of new system features or automation initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting for leadership visibility into sales coverage and performance trends.
  • Assist in documenting processes, data definitions, and governance standards.

What you will need

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a data-focused operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce required.
  • Familiarity with SQL and GTM data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Census, ZoomInfo, Clay) is a plus.
  • Understanding of territory management, account ownership models, and sales capacity planning.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset — comfortable working across Sales, RevOps, and Systems teams.

The pay range for this role is:

78,000 - 136,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
