About the role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to help us unlock the full potential of our marketing investments and drive sustainable growth for our omnichannel business. You'll play a meaningful role in measuring, optimizing, and scaling our marketing efforts across all media and sales channels, collaborating with teams across marketing, product, and analytics to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys working on challenging problems like multi-touch attribution, mixed media modeling, and customer acquisition optimization. You'll have the opportunity to build sophisticated analytics capabilities that directly impact our growth trajectory.

What you'll do

  • Lead attribution strategy and execution: Design, implement, and optimize marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling (MMM) to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across all marketing channels
  • Drive growth analytics insights: Analyze customer acquisition funnels, optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), and develop lifetime value models to guide strategic marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure: Create robust marketing data models using dbt and SQL within our Snowflake environment, ensuring data quality and accessibility for stakeholders
  • Develop self-service analytics: Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Omni that enable marketing teams to make data-driven decisions independently
  • Design and analyze experiments: Partner with marketing teams to design A/B tests and marketing experiments, analyze results, and provide clear recommendations for optimization
  • Translate data into strategy: Present complex marketing analytics findings to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership, turning insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure marketing analytics support broader business objectives

Who you are

  • Curious thinker: You approach marketing challenges with genuine curiosity and are always looking to learn new analytical techniques and industry best practices
  • Results-driven: You take ownership of marketing performance metrics and are motivated by seeing your insights drive measurable business impact
  • Inclusive partner: You collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skill levels, explaining complex concepts in accessible ways
  • Systems thinker: You understand how different marketing channels and touchpoints work together to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Self-starter: You work effectively with minimal supervision and proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing measurement and optimization
  • Clear communicator: You excel at storytelling with data, presenting findings in compelling ways that motivate action from stakeholders

What you'll need

  • 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience with hands-on focus on attribution modeling, MMM, and growth metrics in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments
  • Expert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization, data modeling, and working with large datasets
  • Snowflake proficiency including experience with performance optimization, cost management, and advanced warehouse features
  • dbt experience with hands-on data transformation and modeling in production environments
  • Analytics expertise for building dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities (Omni experience is a plus)
  • Attribution and MMM expertise with practical experience implementing and optimizing marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling
  • Statistical analysis skills including experimental design, A/B testing, and understanding of statistical significance
  • Direct-to-consumer experience analyzing marketing performance, customer acquisition, and retention in consumer-facing businesses

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above. We're committed to building a diverse team and recognize that skills can be developed in many different ways.
