About the role


We're seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as our enterprise clients' primary point of contact. You'll manage complex client relationships while coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth implementations, accurate eligibility management, and successful payroll integrations.


What you'll do

  • Own client relationships and serve as their strategic advisor for platform utilization
  • Manage implementation projects including eligibility file setup and payroll integration
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across client systems and carrier connections
  • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve client issues and process requests
  • Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Track and report on client health metrics and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for platform expansion and revenue growth
  • Create and maintain client documentation and process workflows
  • Manage renewal processes and timeline adherence
  • Train clients on platform features and best practices


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client success or account management experience
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and eligibility processes
  • Experience with payroll systems and data integration
  • Excellence in project management and organization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000.
