Marketing Manager

Rivia Health is a seed-stage, entering Series A, B2B SaaS software startup at the intersection of fintech and healthcare tech. We're on a mission to transform the medical billing experience by merging the worlds of technology and healthcare to solve patient and provider pain points and bring ease and efficiency to healthcare payments.  

Our mobile-first technology suite helps healthcare provider organizations increase overall patient payments, speed up cash flow, lower operating costs, and improve the patient experience. We help improve economic outcomes for patients and providers, delivering a 500%-2,000% return on investment for provider groups, making safe financing options available, and preventing patients from being sent to collections.  

Who We Are Looking For

Rivia Health is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and run a cohesive, multi-channel demand generation engine that consistently drives qualified leads, booked demos, and sales enablement. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can create process from scratch, and is comfortable with ambiguity while still delivering high-quality work. You will partner closely with Sales and Product to translate technical product capabilities into clear, customer-facing messaging and campaign-using data and performance insights to continuously improve results. Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, analysis, and execution is strongly preferred. 


Location preference: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zones, ideally near existing team hubs in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Ohio, to support easier communication and collaboration. 

What you'll do

Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns 

    • Drive comprehensive digital messaging campaigns across channels to generate qualified leads for Sales via booked demos and warm lead lists 
    • Act as a service partner to the Sales team to accelerate topline revenue bookings 
    • Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach support initiatives 
    • Own campaign planning, timelines, and performance reporting 
    • Manage ad spend and campaign execution across paid channels as priorities are finalized (LinkedIn, Google retargeting, Meta) 

Content Creation & Brand Execution 

    • Ensure all written and visual materials embody the Rivia Health brand, voice, and positioning 
    • Design across multiple digital avenues—distilling concepts and data into clear messaging for presentations, one-pagers, data sheets, website content, EMR marketplaces, and social 
    • Write, edit, and copyedit across multiple channels with strong attention to detail 
    • Create print-ready materials for events and conferences (banners, signage, collateral) 

 

Ongoing Content Deliverables 

    • Marketing email: 1/month 
    • Customer email: 1/month 
    • Partner email: 1/month 
    • LinkedIn organic posts: 1–2/week 
    • Webinars: 2/month (1 product demo + 1 thought leadership) 
    • Paid media: LinkedIn ads, Google retargeting, Meta (as determined) 

Sales Enablement 

    • Manage and continuously improve sales enablement assets (sales deck, proposals, one-pagers, presentations) 
    • Coordinate list management and support sales sequence execution and optimization 
    • Work with the Product leader to keep collateral current with the latest features and pricing 

Web & Marketplace Presence 

    • Manage web presence, including ongoing website updates and content hygiene 
    • Own EMR marketplace presence (e.g., athena, Greenway, Veradigm; additional platforms as added) 
    • Manage social presence (currently LinkedIn) 

Product Marketing 

    • Support product naming and positioning 
    • Translate new releases into customer-facing messaging 
    • Update marketing materials and website/marketplace presence when releases are complete 

Customer Proof & Community Programs 

    • Manage referral partner process workflows 
    • Own customer referral, case study, reviews, and testimonial programs end-to-end 
    • Co-manage the Customer Advisory Board with the Product leader (leveraging it for webinars, feedback loops, speaking events, and networking) 

Events and Conferences 

    • Identify conferences that align with target audiences and ROI goals 
    • Support conference marketing strategy and lead generation before/during/after events 
    • Note: some conference logistics may be supported by an Operations role, depending on responsibilities and workload 

What You Need

    • Mid-level marketing experience with strong execution skills and sound strategic judgment 
    • Ability to translate technical product requirements into clear, compelling customer-facing language 
    • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing up and across functions 
    • Experience building and executing digital marketing and email marketing programs 
    • Strong writing, editing, and brand discipline across channels 
    • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-changing environment 
    • Comfort using data to inform messaging, campaign decisions, and ongoing optimization 
    • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve speed, quality, and insight generation (preferred) 
    • Healthcare and/or SaaS experience is helpful, but not required 

Success in this role looks like 

    • Consistent lead flow and booked demos supported by strong content and targeted campaigns 
    • Sales enablement assets that are accurate, current, and improve conversion through the funnel 
    • Clear, consistent brand presence across web, email, social, and marketplaces 
    • A repeatable marketing operating system: timelines, owners, processes, and reporting that scale with the business 

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
