Rivia Health is a seed-stage, entering Series A, B2B SaaS software startup at the intersection of fintech and healthcare tech. We're on a mission to transform the medical billing experience by merging the worlds of technology and healthcare to solve patient and provider pain points and bring ease and efficiency to healthcare payments.  

Our mobile-first technology suite helps healthcare provider organizations increase overall patient payments, speed up cash flow, lower operating costs, and improve the patient experience. We help improve economic outcomes for patients and providers, delivering a 500%-2,000% return on investment for provider groups, making safe financing options available, and preventing patients from being sent to collections.  

Who We Are Looking For

Rivia Health is seeking a Head of Product to own product strategy and roadmap post-MVP and lead our next phase of growth. Reporting to the COO, this is an individual-contributor leadership role with company-level impact and end-to-end ownership of product outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and implementations to solve high-impact customer problems in a complex user: buyer environment and bring new capabilities to market. 

What you'll do

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap post-MVP, translating needs into clear priorities and outcomes.  
  • Work directly with engineering team on user story creation, sequencing, and execution of defined priorities.  
  • Interface with UI/UX resources to define requirements and champion UI/UX development 
  • Lead discovery through launch and iteration using agile practices and a predictable execution cadence. 
  • Drive customer/stakeholder discovery and prioritize work across competing inputs. 
  • Execute portfolio consolidation, integrating key features into a unified offering. 
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve based on product data. 
  • Partner with GTM teams on positioning, enablement, and post-launch feedback loops. 
  • Own integration strategy and third-party relationships for future platform integrations. 

What You Need

  • 7+ years of product management experience (B2B workflow software and/or patient engagement preferred). 
  • Proven track record launching products and delivering measurable outcomes. 
  • Healthcare tech fluency, including interoperability trends and thoughtful AI/ML application. 
  • Strong agile execution experience; Azure DevOps (or similar) familiarity. 
  • Experience with software integrations (APIs/platform integrations); healthcare integrations a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. 
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving between strategy and details.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
