Motorcoach Detailer

Join Our Team

RMA Worldwide is looking for a dependable, hardworking Motorcoach Detailer to join our evening team in Glenelg, MD.

Our Detailers play an important role in keeping our luxury motorcoaches clean, comfortable, and ready for every trip. You’ll work alongside a team of approximately 3–4 Detailers to clean and prepare buses as they return to the terminal.

No motorcoach driving experience? That’s okay! We are willing to train the right person to safely pull and park our 45-foot motorcoaches.

What You'll Do

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of luxury motorcoaches
• Sweep and mop bus interiors
• Clean and sanitize onboard restrooms
• Clean windows, seats, and driver compartments
• Detail wheels and tires
• Fuel motorcoaches
• Empty restroom holding tanks
• Pull and park motorcoaches once properly trained
• Work as part of a team to ensure buses are clean and ready for service

Schedule

The typical shift is 6:00 PM to midnight. End times may vary depending on the number of motorcoaches returning to the terminal each evening, so some shifts may end earlier or later.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working an evening schedule
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation to our Glenelg, MD 21737 facility, as public transportation is not available in the area
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test
• Previous commercial cleaning or detailing experience is preferred, but not required

Experience driving larger vehicles is a plus, but not required. Applicants must be willing and able to learn how to safely pull and park 45-foot motorcoaches.

Candidates with experience in janitorial services, custodial work, commercial cleaning, automotive detailing, or environmental services are encouraged to apply.
