Position Statement:

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Rockville operations team. This role is essential in coordinating daily transportation services, assigning chauffeurs, monitoring trips, and ensuring timely, professional execution of all client reservations. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, route, and assign chauffeurs to fulfill client reservations
• Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor trip activity and resolve scheduling or service issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate vehicle, trip, and compliance records
• Support operational efficiency through effective coordination and communication

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
• Must be able to work four 10 hour shifts
• This position is a safety-sensitive role and may be subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
