Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (based on experience)


We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Austin operations team. This role is essential in ensuring our fleet, drivers, and event logistics operate smoothly and at the highest standard. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily logistics-related activities and support large-scale events
  • Plan routes for local operations in the Austin area
  • Track CDL driver hours and monitor compliance
  • Support vehicle detailing operations and fleet readiness
  • Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance requests
  • Input and track fleet repair requests in our system
  • Report employee attendance or performance issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (fleet management software experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma required; degree or prior experience in transportation logistics/fleet management preferred
