Our CDL drivers are people-oriented and instantly make passengers feel safe and secure. They work closely with clients and provide excellent customer service. CDL drivers are well-dressed, personable, and professional as they transport clients safely to their destinations.

As a CDL Operator, you'll safely transport passengers in shuttle buses while following all DOT regulations and delivering outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Transportation of passengers to designated locations safely and on schedule.
• Plan routes using GPS and adjust for traffic, weather, or road conditions.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and complies with weight limits and safety standards.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations to dispatch or supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B) with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Must have clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Strong ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel long distances, including overnight stays when required.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and diverse road environments.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
