Commissioner Level II

About the Role
As a Level II Commissioner MUST have GE Converter Certification, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and operational readiness of wind turbines, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical specifications. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on involvement in

ensuring the proper setup of GE Converter systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of renewable energy projects across various sites.

What You'll Do

  • Perform commissioning activities, including testing and calibration of GE Converters and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues during commissioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct performance tests and document commissioning results for final handover.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards while mentoring junior technicians on best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Certification: GE Converter Certification (required).
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Proven experience in wind turbine commissioning, with the ability to manage complex systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and work in challenging environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
