About the role
The Lean Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and executing a continuous-improvement strategy across the company’s field operations, back-office processes, supply chain, and project delivery workflows. This role will apply Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and operational-excellence tools to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and ensure the company delivers renewable-energy services safely, efficiently, and profitably. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lean / CI Program Leadership
· Develop and implement a company-wide Lean roadmap tailored to renewable-energy services (field operations, project execution, O&M, engineering, procurement, logistics)
· Train, coach, and mentor employees and field leaders on Lean principles, tools, and behaviors
· Establish a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
Process Improvement & Optimization
· Conduct value-stream mapping (VSM) of critical workflows (project mobilization, resource management, QA/QC, cost tracking, procurement, etc.)
· Identify opportunities to reduce cost, increase productivity, and accelerate project timelines
· Implement standardized work, visual management, 5S and error-proofing
