About the Role
As the Revenue Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of our revenue growth strategy across multiple travel divisions, including Corporate, Live Performance, Sports, Film/TV, and Europe. This Director-level role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive growth and manage a diverse team of approximately 10 sales professionals across different markets and strategic areas. This position reports to the President/COO.
What You'll Do
- Corporate Division: Strategize and implement revenue growth initiatives for company offsites, small conferences, and corporate travel offerings. Ensure alignment with broader business objectives and market demands.
- Live Performance Division: Lead efforts to retain high-value clients by developing tailored strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and create pathways for upselling opportunities and rigorously pursue new business targets to expand market share.
- Sports Division: Develop specialized strategies for engaging and expanding revenue streams within youth tournaments and collegiate sports sectors. Drive the RFP process and collegiate coach-level sales strategies to maximize profitability and client acquisition.
- Film/TV Division: Oversee the management of sales pipelines and enhance engagement strategies with key stakeholders through Salesforce campaigns. Ensure the division’s sales tactics align with industry trends and client expectations.
- Europe Division: Coordinate with the Live Performance sector to enhance client retention and new business acquisition. Implement robust lead management and Salesforce strategies to optimize sales and customer engagement across Film/TV European markets.
- Sales Team Management: Support sales team members in each division by identifying and implementing sales process optimizations, training and upskilling staff, and holding sales staff accountable.
- Leadership Team Participation: This position is intended to be a member of the Road Rebel Leadership Team. All leadership team members participate in weekly tactical meetings, quarterly strategic planning, drive our positive culture, and support overall company initiatives.
- Report Sales Performance: The Revenue Director will report updated sales KPIs to the Leadership Team and the President/COO weekly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic revenue growth plans in a multi-division organization, preferably within the travel management sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, predict market trends, and adapt strategies to meet changing conditions and competitive dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive sales productivity and accountability.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect, while motivating staff members to achieve personal and company objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and summarizing complex issues, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to identify high-potential sales candidates, coupled with a strong track record of training and empowering them to quickly achieve peak performance.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel (estimated at 4-5 times per year) for in-person company meetings, industry events, or client needs.
Salary
- $120K Base + Potential for up to $100K Bonus
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 220,000 USD per year (United States)
