ROAM America – Housekeeping Specialist

Horseshoe Bend is looking for an experienced housekeeping specialist to help maintain and enhance this beautiful RV park as it welcomes guests from all over. This unique, outdoor-focused destination is eager to offer guests an exceptional experience, and we need someone who shares that passion for the outdoors and a commitment to excellence.

Position Overview
Horseshoe Bend, a premier RV park owned by ROAM America, is hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Housekeeping Specialist to ensure the park stays pristine. This role plays a critical part in the guest experience by making sure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and photo-ready. The ideal candidate thrives in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and takes pride in delivering a flawless, welcoming environment for our guests.

Position Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, bathhouses, and accommodations around the property
• Ensure cabins and park amenities meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Thoroughly clean all bathrooms to brand standards.
• Adhere to all service standards set by the General Manager.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with an organized and process-driven approach.
• Resourceful, motivated, and able to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
• Eager to contribute to a growing team and learn new skills.
• Integrity and alignment with ROAM America's core values.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for the majority of the shift.

Hourly Wage: $16.00

This is a Part-Time Seasonal position, the position will start in March 2025 and end in October 2025.
