POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager (PM) is the operational backbone of our client delivery. Sitting within a 3-person service pod (Account Manager, Revenue Operations Strategist, Project Manager), the PM ensures that client work is executed on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.
You’ll manage timelines, coordinate specialist resources, and drive project execution across multiple Family Law Firm accounts. Your success ensures smooth delivery, protects margins, and keeps clients confident in our ability to execute.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Project & Resource Management
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines across multiple accounts.
- Allocate work to specialists, balancing priorities to ensure deadlines and margins are met.
- Monitor scope creep, budget alignment, and proactively flag risks.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain and improve delivery processes that scale efficiently across client pods.
- Implement best practices for project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions to improve team efficiency
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Account Managers (relationship owners) and Strategists (campaign directors) to align on client goals and delivery expectations.
- Provide visibility into workloads, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Act as the “execution driver,” keeping projects moving and reducing bottlenecks.
- Client Impact
- Ensure client-facing deliverables are on time, polished, and consistent with agreed strategies.
- Support Account Managers in setting and maintaining realistic expectations with clients.
- Keep delivery running smoothly so strategists can focus on high-value planning.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- On-Time Project Delivery % – Tasks and milestones consistently completed on schedule.
- Budget Adherence – Projects delivered within approved scope and margin.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus, but not required.
Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
- Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, content marketing, web projects) strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, and improve operational processes.
- Previous law firm marketing experience is a plus.
