Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (backend-leaning, ~80% backend / 20%

frontend) to help design, build, and scale our generative AI-powered enterprise

applications. You’ll play a key role in architecting backend services, ensuring performance

and reliability, and contributing to frontend features that deliver great user experiences.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role where you’ll also mentor engineers and collaborate

closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers.

Responsibilities

● Architect, design, and build scalable backend systems with a focus on reliability,

performance, and maintainability.

● Develop APIs and services in Python and Nest.js/Node.js, integrating with databases,

LLM providers, and external systems.

● Contribute to frontend development in TypeScript/JavaScript, ensuring seamless user

experiences.

● Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries and design database schemas for application

features.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI-driven

solutions.

● Ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and best practices.

● Participate in system design discussions and help set technical direction.

● Contribute to CI/CD workflows, with a basic understanding of Azure DevOps.

Qualifications:

● 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong backend

focus.

● Proficiency in Python.

● Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.

● Hands-on experience with Nest.js/Node.js.

● Strong SQL skills (schema design, query optimization).

● Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps (pipelines, workflows).

Bonus:

● Experience working with LLM providers and prompt engineering.

● Familiarity with the Docling Python package for document parsing/processing.

● Previous experience in AI/ML environments, especially with productionizing AI

workflows.
