POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Product Manager to play a critical role in driving innovation and building our competitive edge through thoughtful product development and strategic execution. Reporting to the Director of Product Development, this role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply collaborative.

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a lean, agile environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working under pressure, and directly engaging in day-to-day development. You bring clarity to chaos, deliver with urgency, and maintain high standards with minimal oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES.

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development in alignment with business goals.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, operations, and leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, haulers, and technology partners.
  • Design and implement processes that support scalable product development and effective product lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to feature definition, product design, and user experience improvements.
  • Manage the product pipeline to ensure it meets client needs and aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives and enhancements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to assess product success and continuously improve.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product direction.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the market and within the product lifecycle.
  • Help shape and continuously improve the product development and commercialization processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Computer Science, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Previous roles in product or application development and engineering for high-growth companies
  • Proven experience developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS platform for commercial, industrial, and institutional users and/or utilities worldwide
  • 5-7 years of high-growth in managing both mainstream development and R&D activities
  • Experience with globally distributed teams and business partners
  • Experience in development with open source technologies
  • Experience in the waste, fleet logistics, or routing industry is preferred
  • Agile/Scrum, Certification preferred

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
