Corporate Contract Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual to provide administrative and paralegal assistance to Routeware’s Corporate Contracts Administrator. Working with all levels of employees and management within this business-to-business company, the position includes responsibility for the analysis, administration and tracking of a wide range of multi-product, multi-vendor corporate agreements. This role provides a critical resource to employees, customers and vendors.
Responsibilities Include:
Contract analysis, interpretation, and identification of significant and/or special requirements, provisions, terms, and conditions that may pose a risk to Routeware.
Work with company contact and vendor to resolve issues and revise contract if necessary.
Enter and track all vendor agreements into database and flag those prior to expiration or auto renewal and confirm cancellation or continuation of agreement with internal contact.
Assist Contract Administrator with the assessment, preparation, editing and execution of new customer and existing customer contracts.
Work with company insurance broker to obtain, provide and track all customer Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Review and maintain confidentiality agreements/non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Review requests for corporate signatures on all documents and obtain internal signature when appropriate.
Complete research on matters as they arise.
Work on special projects as necessary, such as updating internal processes or handling business escalations.
Work with company attorney as necessary to resolve any ambiguous legal questions or assist on formal letters to customers in breach of contract.
Requires minimal interactions with clients or vendors; high-touch contact with internal team members.

Required:
Experience as a legal secretary/legal assistant/paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Familiarity with contracting processes and commercial contracts.
Familiarity with both Private and Government / Municipality regulations.
Proven and reliable ability to maintain confidentiality in all legal matters.
Proactive attitude, high engagement, patience.
Proven ability to stay calm and congenial, and to adjust positively to changes in direction and/or assignment.
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite, Google tools, Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication.
Well-organized, able to identify and prioritize tasks, excellent troubleshooting skills, and ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
Ability to make sound critical decisions and accept personal responsibility for those decisions.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with the Waste Industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent in related category.

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
