POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a dynamic, adaptable individual to join our software support team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support and assistance to existing customers utilizing our enterprise-class financial and operational software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Routing Software Support:

  • Provide expert-level support for routing software, including diagnosing and resolving complex routing issues.

  • Monitor and maintain the routing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

  • Collaborate with software developers and network engineers to implement software updates and enhancements.


2. Tablet Configuration:

  • Troubleshoot tablet-related issues, such as connectivity, application compatibility, and performance problems.

  • Train end-users on tablet usage and best practices.


3. Technical Documentation:

  • Create and update technical documentation, including routing configurations, tablet setup guides, and wiring schematics.

  • Maintain an inventory of routing equipment, tablets, and wiring components.


4. Collaboration and Escalation:

  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support to provide guidance and expertise in resolving escalated technical issues.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and hardware technicians, to address complex problems.


5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to routing software, tablet technology, and wiring infrastructure.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to listen to customers as they express 

  • their issues

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects/tasks & work with minimal 

  • supervision

  • Business experience in accounting or billing or payables/receivables, financial 

  • reporting, or customer service for an enterprise software company preferred

  • Proficiency with Crystal Reports (or equivalent custom reporting tool) and 

  • Microsoft SQL is desirable


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience performing data conversions

  • Experience with Microsoft server operating systems/applications

  • Experience with SQL procedures and views

  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally

The pay range for this role is:

42,000 - 45,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
