POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Product Manager, Partnerships and Integrations to lead the development of strategic partnerships and key technology integrations that enhance our product offerings and strengthen our competitive edge. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and external technology partners to define, develop, and deliver high-impact features and services. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll directly influence the product roadmap and play a pivotal role in how we scale and evolve our platform. We’re a flat, transparent, self-governing team that values mastery, purpose, autonomy, and challenging the status quo.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Lead Strategic Planning: Define and prioritize initiatives that support business goals through partnerships and integrations.
- Own Partner Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with technology partners, hardware/software providers, and key customers.
- Define the Integration Roadmap: Drive the product roadmap for third-party integrations, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Product Development & Delivery: Oversee the full development lifecycle of partner-driven features—from planning through testing, release, and production.
- Business Case Development: Analyze and validate emerging technologies and new integration opportunities, building clear cases for their value and implementation.
- Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for partnership and integration initiatives. Communicate metrics regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless product execution and support.
- Process and Policy Development: Define and continuously improve internal processes related to product partnerships and integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Computer Science, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous roles in product or application development and engineering for high-growth companies.
- Proven experience developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS platform for commercial, industrial, and institutional users and/or utilities worldwide
- 10+ years of experience in managing both mainstream development and R&D activities
- Experience with globally distributed teams and business partners
- Experience in development with open source technologies
- Agile/Srum Certification preferred
- BS in Computer Science, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS and Telematics technologies preferred

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
